Chalet LES 4 VENTS is nestled in the picturesque ski station village of Champagny-en-Vanoise, the moment you drive into the village there is this feeling time has stopped and your holiday has begun. As you approach the chalet, that’s clad in reclaimed taupe wood, you start to realise the beauty of the chalet and its breathtaking surroundings.
The chalet has been designed by leading international interior designer Kelly Hoppen, it has a blend of nostalgia for mountain life and modernity. Every detail has been designed with the thought of home, feeling warm and chilled with immense style in a neutral colour palette.
Chalet LES 4 VENTS presents everything from beautiful thread count sheets to cashmere blankets to linen cushions, this helps to create a sense of mountain chic.
A sense of calm and warmness is in every room with beautifully balanced lighting throughout.
From the master bedroom suite, bedroom 1, or the main lounge you can lie in bed or sit on the armchairs looking down the phenomenal Bozel Valley to the ski slopes of Courchevel.
The chalet is soaked in the sun most days and is less than 300 meters, or an 8-minute walk, to the Champagny gondola. This sits at the bottom of the two pistes that come down from the ski area of LA GRANDE PLAGNE - PARADISKI.
There are lockers situated here too if you don’t wish to carry your skis and boots back to the chalet. When returning to the village, you’re greeted by traditional cheese stalls 2 days a week and the village has all the shops you need when returning from the vast Paradiski area.
The village is very French without hotels and has 7 restaurants and bars should you wish après ski or a local evening out.
Chalet LES VENTS also benefits from being 20 minutes by car to Courchevel in the 3 valleys should the 160 lifts and 450km of piste in the Paradiski area not be enough. If you fancy a break from the slopes, Champagny Le haut, less than 10 minutes in the car, is the gateway to the national park. If you don’t drive it’s a 40-minute picturesque walk or a short bus ride (that leaves 50 meters from the house). The majestic park offers 23km of prepared cross-country ski trail, sledging, practice ski-jeering, horse or pony riding, pony-sledging (for the youngest ones), dog sledging, ice climbing on the iconic ice tower as well as snowshoeing or walking.
